Nuisance caller.  After my abbreviated greeting of "Good morning," caller did not state his name nor the company he represents.  He only uttered a first name - as a question - as if asking if the person who answered the phone is this specific person he wants to talk to...a sneaky tactic used by questionable callers.  When these types of calls come in, where the caller just says, "Monica?" or whatever first name, I do not confirm nor deny; my STOCK RESPONSE is "Who's calling?"  If it is a legitimate business call, they provide their name and company.  This caller hung up, another shady practice.
