Leonard Stokes owner of stokes concrete restoration did my driveway , and told us not to park on it for 24 hrs . we waited for 72 hr when we parked in the driveway, we saw paint all over the bottom of our newly installed soffet and trim ! I was told by Mr. Stokes that they would take care of the problem within 2 wks. he never showed up. I called him to ask why he never came back as agreed ,he got all irate and said it would at least 3more wks. because he was too busy !!! In my way of thinking you always take care of existing customers 1st . DO NOT TRUST MR.STOKES OR HIS COMPANY!!!!!

Oh, so he's still at it. He "patched" the cracks in my driveway and painted it with epoxy two summers ago. You should see it now. AWFUL!!! They used inferior crack/concrete repair and the paint is coming off in very ugly looking patches.  If someone comes to your house and wants to put this "long-lasting" epoxy on it, shut the door in his face. This outfit is an absolute scam by a group of gypsies. I really should have reported them to the Attorney General, but they were gone from my town within a couple of days. They use a fake address of a phone answering company. So sorry. But they will NEVER be back to fix your problem.

Can you please forward me the most recent telephone # that you had for Mr. Stokes?  An elderly neighbor of mine was also a victim of him and we are trying to locate him.  Thank You.

His number is 850-342-4615. They just did my driveway. I am usually very cautious but now I am concerned that I have been scammed. I trust if I can not get these guys back and have them to handle the problem that the Lord will take it up with them. When things are beyond our control and someone does things like this, that is the most we can hope for. Good luck to you also!

Great news everyone Leonard Stokes was arrested this afternoon. We got him on four felony counts. If you want to help stop crimes like this contact the escambia county sheriff office and report your case for this dirtbag. The officers that got him are hero's for taking there time to listen to us and not push this into a civil case but took the route of bullying people to get work done.

I had Leonard's concrete do my job and they repaired and coated my driveway took no deposit when they finished I payed just what we agree on the work was done and I am happy. I am going to let them do my pool. Did you get a price before you let them do work.if you where not happy why did you pay them?i am happy so I just wanted to say that. He showed me lic better business rating and did what he said some people just wants free job.i am not saying you did that but you did right check.

Bill, I wish you well with your job that has been done. However, please be aware that they are not using a proper paint that will adhere for years, per the price they are charging. You should watch the paint closely. As it is a driveway you will know immediately(if you are truly a customer and here in the Pensacola area as we are having the rain today). It is just a porch/patio paint that your tires will pull up. It will crack up because the concrete was not properly cleaned prior to painting. Another annoying aspect is the flakes are still being toted in the house on the bottom of shoes, even though I wipe them on outside rugs! They are NOT a member of NW Florida BBB! Yes, my fault for not checking. I paid them when the job was done. It failed after, and is still failing! If the job was done properly with the proper chemical it would have been worth the money. They have lied as to what their names are also. The one that was arrested, the big white guy, he was arrested under the name of Leonard Stokes, he told me his name was Bob and that he lived over off of 9th Ave. He lives in Theodore Alabama according to the arrest report! The old man that looks part Italian uses the name of Leonard Stokes!

Sorry to hear that you have had a problem with your job but so far I have not had any , also the Leonard Stokes that did my job is with the BBB and has a B rating and does have a buisness license . The material that was used I also checked and it could be used on pools, driveways and garages . Hope everything works out for you.

I too live in Pensacola and was a victim of Leonard Stokes.  They did our driveway and sidewalk in January 2013 and by May all of the cracks were again visible.  I was able to contact Leonard Stokes one time at 850-142-4615 and he indicated they were working in central Florida and would repair our driveway in June when they returned.  That was the last time we heard from him and the phone number no longer works.  I too learned my lesson about not checking out a contractor.

My parents were scammed by a man calling himself JC. He works under the business name of JC General contractors. Phone #800-213-8047. He showed up about 6pm and talked my 87 yr. old father into letting him reseal his asphalt driveway. He charged him $8,650.00! He did a horrible job and used inferior products. Their driveway is ruined. He and his "wife",Helen Costello, also followed my father to the bank to get the money the next morning. He is working in the Pace/Pensacola area. I am a  76 years old widow and was scammed by this guy named Lenord stokes by resealing the cracks in my drive way. A very smooth talker and said he was a preacher and gave us a sermon. He is dark complected and  had 2 white guys and one black doing the job which took about 5 hours and I was not to drive on it for 24 hours. It is grey with silver sprinkles on top. it looks good but I'm afraid it will wash away when we have a rain here in Biloxi, MS. I read these comments and sorry I had the work done. He wanted cash which should have been the red flag but I was taken in. It cost me $2,100.00. I was wondering if I should turn him in but to who? He did the work 4th and 5th of Dec. 2014. I found out about all of this from my son and he looked it up on his computer.
