This caller calls and says something about a civil suit against (name) and says there will actions taken against(name).  This seems like a scam.  I owe people money, but this is crazy.  They have called using different numbers several times a day.   Please stop them from calling.  This called harassment.

I also received several call from this number. They ask what time are you going to be home the next day and that someone will be out to delivery papers to whom it may concern. This is against the law. I have never been asked if I was going to be home to get served.

Got 2 phone calls.  1st time called for most likely a made up name, then called me the next day.   Advised them to serve at the address they have on file since I've been in the same place for many years.

I've blocked them from my phone, now they are calling my husband's phone...which has no affiliation with my #. How are they getting his number as well?  They gave him a case #2013R-1299
