These people and about 10 others got my number off of a site that I clicked into while looking for a job online. I obviously clicked something that said I wanted to go back to college. They are all calling me and telling me I filled out an online form stating I was interested in furthering my education. I'm not and it's probably scam artists anyway!

IK!  Like I just got one from Miami, then not too long ago I got one from Alexandria, and another from California

I never answer.  My ID app always flags it.  But uthere were many calls before I figured out how to block them.

The same happened to me. I signed up on a website that was supposed to help me find a job and not even an hour after I did that, multiple phone numbers began calling several times a day. My advice is download the CM Security app. It can tell you what type of call it is, where the number is from, and gives you the option to block the number.

I've received several that don't leave a message.  My husband picked up though and caller said a loan was flagged.  We don't have any loans.  Blocked.

I don't think anyone has clicked anything--I think it automatically sends our information to that number. It should not be legal but there you go--nothing is private online. I am sure there is something dodgy about them or they would have left a message.

Not interested...so therefore STOP calling me!!!

Called my cell during working hrs. Saw the city pop up and I know no one there so didn't pick up

Yes, I too am using online job find sites and regardless of I click on the NO emails or phone call my phone starts ringing as soon as I press apply.  90% of the time when I answer they hang up...the other 10% insist that I agreed they could xmcall even though I presses NO option.  The key will sit there and argue.  So I have now taken to telling them I want to become a nuemistmatist for the federal government and need their recommendation on best schooling.  I never explain to them what it is or how to spell it.  But keep insisting they want me to go too school that they must find me the best program.  Just keep running them around in circles.  😊

i am also looking for a job on-line and am constantly getting calls from this # and many others, i really want it to stop, very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!! they call continually all day and night long!!!!!

I applied for an on line job and told them I didn't need anymore education but they've called from 3 different states trying to sign me up for different education programs

This number is constantly calling me all day everyday even on the weekends i just want it to STOP!!

Spam, I never clicked on or signed up for anything, they just call, and hang up when they reach voicemail.

I accidentally got switched to Rocket Jobs when I was filling out an online application for Costco. Now I get between 8 and 10 calls a day. Some for education, some for job sites. One even told me if I didn't call back an arrest warrant would be issued.

Job search web sites are notorious for selling/giving your name to various "partners".  
I believe some sites exist only for harvesting phone numbers and e-mail addresses.  Many of the smaller "local" city/town sites are taking posts word for word, link for link from Indeed or CareerBuilder, Jobcom and Monster.  Sites like that have no reason to exist other than for harvesting your contact info - at least that I can see.
I reached the point of setting up a dedicated e-mail and a dedicated cell phone number only used for job hunting.  I used the phone more as a number to leave voicemail, that way I could leave the volume down and even muted overnight.  I am sure the new Robo Calls will be working 24/7 on numbers harvested from job web sites.
