You received a voice mail from Litigation Supp at (319) 208-7806     Caller-Id:    (319) 208-7806

Been receiving the same call and message for the last two days. Not the first time ive dealt with these type of calls from all types of different numbers. I answered and immediately knew what it was because of the recording.

Started receiving the call yesterday. After about 8 calls and voicemails left, I finally answered the call just to get them on the phone. Reached a lady and when she answered, I said "This is a scam, I know it, you know it, so stop calling" She got quite defensive (sign #2 of a scam) saying "Oh really? REALLY? Yeah, you'll see" then she disconnected the call. Today? The calls have returned lol.

They have left about 10 messages a day on my phone about a non-existent case they have against me.

Asked to be taken of the call list. said it would take 48-72 hours. 4 days later they are still calling.

Scam, I never got a Pay day loan. I never received a letter in the mail or an E-mail

These people call all the time. It's ridiculous!
I'm not falling for their crap!

There is no removal from their call list.  They are scammers and will keep on calling.  Invest in a call blocker.

I received call this morning and they left a voicemail.  It stated that they were calling from one of my credit card companies, so I returned the call.  Once they came on the phone they started arguing with me about what my voicemail said.  Next I was placed on the phone with another lady who stated they were a pretrial litigator and was calling to settle out of court a pay day loan in the amount of 1200.00 or papers where headed my way.  Was very scared at this point so I tried to make arrangements.  Glad I found this site and I forgot what the Florida Department of Financial regulation had told me in the past,  Request proof of debt!  What do you all suggest?
