Leaves multiple messages and calls about legal action, yet they dont mention, who its towards, what its for or anything that specifies its you. Total scam and fear tactic to get you to call back.

The same number keeps calling me also. I have left messages askijng who it is in reference to.

I have received at least 3 calls today from Daphne McKenzie. I really wish law enforcement would go out of their way to protect private citizens like they do for corporations. Kind of cruel but honestly start sending people to jail for this. Already filed with Do not call registry but still have these issues.

Daphne McKenzie left message claiming need for lawyer to call back and stated that legal papers were imminent. She claimed she was with Pretrial Intervention.

Keeps calling saying serving papers

Same crap everyone else has said. Daphne Mackenzie calling from Pretrial Intervention needing to speak to me or my attorney immediately today or the case will be submitted for processing. I have been receiving this same exact call multiple times a day for 3 days now. It's obviously a prerecorded message as all 7 voicemails I have from this number are completely identical. I can only assume they want to to call back to give some sort of exclusive personal information.

I just got a call from same person and phone number 319-208-7818. She didn't mention who the call is for but to return her call or have your attorney return her call or legal action will take place. What I'm seeing is you all have received same call and was wondering that this is just a scam. Please let me know. Just worried and thank you for your response

Yes, it is very much a scam. I actually answered when they just called me. Didn't get woman's name but she said she needed to serve me papers. Told her to go ahead and so what she needed to do. She didn't verify any of my info except my name. Do not worry about this. I only hope they are stopped before they actually get someone to believe them.

Thanks Brandi for the info. I totally agree I hope they do stop before someone does get scammed out of their hard earned money. It's just so sad people are out there to scam innocent people.

Yes, it is most definitely a scam. Real process servers don't call ahead, they simply show up. If they warned you they were coming, you could avoid them. They also don't give you the option to pay your way out of the situation, which is what these scammers will do. Ignore or block these calls.

Have received 2 voice mails in 2 days. Both saying the same as everyone else. Anyone know what company they supposedly represent

Got the same call/message twice already today.  Figured it was a scam.

Got a call and when I told the girl I knew it was a scam they hung up and blocked me! It's sickening people are as perilous as this in today's world smh
