Robo message left was incomplete due to talking while answering machine was taking the call.

The call claims to “see if you qualify for assistance to help pay for insurance through the healthcare marketplace. The government used an emergency order to re-open the marketplace” and that premiums can be from $1-$20... Instructions then are to hit “0” to speak to a rep or another if this call doesn’t apply.

I’ve gotten two of these calls on different days, from different numbers, but from the same state. Caller ID shows only the number and location the call is coming from, in this case 319-318-8706, Vinton, IA. The other was 515-436-3616, Rippey, IA.

I don’t think these are legitimate calls...
