This place called looking for my mom. Guy was VERY unprofessional refused to give his name. When I told him I was a manager for a collection agency he became vulgar and said where is your damn mother. When I informed him he was violating the FDCPA he hung up. If you get a call from these scumbags contact you attorney general. They make the honest agencies look bad.

I agree these people are calling my job, 24 hours a day, leave messages or even try to call from different number's but i don't understand why they can call your job and harrass you every time. I have never heard of Credit One but anyways these people are out of control.

This number keeps calling our main business line with a recorded message. I thought recorded messages were illegal. Plus, they are calling a business
