received a text message from this number saying it was from the Tulare County Sheriff Department, stating they were processing my order. To call and order a tracker on my order.

This is a legitimate call from the company that processes CCW permit applications for multiple agencies including the Tulare Co Sheriff's Dept. I got the call from this number, the text and email all within moments of one another, advising that my app was approved and my permit was available for pickup.

If what you allege was true then there would have been absolutely no reason in the world to look this number up after you received this so called "legitimate" call.  Looks like a lot of other lying shills in this thread as well.

I got a call from this number this morning and because I didn';t recognize the number, I let my answering set pick it up and it hung up when it answered. The strange part of this is I had just filed an application to renew my
concealed Handgun license two weeks earlier and received an email telling me it had been approved just today.
I also was told by my county sheriffs office that i would receive a phone call telling me when it had been approved
I guess this was it. I would have thought that the call would have come from my local law enforcement and not
from some organization a state away with the caller ID being (Los Angeles California) I guess I learned something
new today. My thanks to all of you who take the time to put your comments and your experiences on 800 Notes if it wasn't for your information I would have never realized that this was a legit number and it would have been blocked.

This is a scam number for dure. Ordered daughters school transcripts they have no re it’s if it. I’m thinking this is who got the funds.
