Rang 2 times and hung up

I typically don't take calls if I don't know the number, but I picked up this particular call for this number because it was in my vicinity.  It seems that the caller was just listening to your voice. Since no one is answering and I thought that it was creepy, I hang up. I don't want to be traced or recorded in any way. I shouldn't have picked up the call.

I called this number back because I was at work. Now I wish I wouldn't have....

Calls, I don't answer. No message left. Reading throigh, sounds scammy/fishy.

Called on my cell phone which I never use!  Rang three times and hung up.  These calls have begun occurring over the past week.  Very annoying.
