Caller id showed: "Suspected Spam" as call was id'd as such by our phone service and blocked after one ring.  Sad this scammer number can't be shut down after months of complaints.

Caller id was Steven Cozine.  I checked the state license board and he isn't registered.  This number was previously blocked, so I reported it again and said to please make sure it stays blocked.

Another local contractor SCAM probably using Google to ID my unlisted number, and wanted to give me an estimate.  I reported this number, with date and time, to https://complaints.donotcall.gov  Prior time the caller ID said Steven Cozine, but this time Private caller WITH this phone number.  After 4 times, this local contractor is BLOCKED.  Call has been BLOCKED for 3 calls since then.

Well I guess they're at it again called no message left, but after reading the messages here looks like it was a scam. Looks like the last time they bothered somebody was in July but this number is at it again.

Contractor named Steve offering free remodeling estimates in my area this weekend. I let him ramble on for a bit because dinner wasn't ready yet. As his "spiel" was winding down, I politely interrupted him and asked if he wanted my landlord's phone number. He stammered and stuttered and mumbled then hung up on me.

Unemotional, never responds.  No message so I can't even say "Take me off your list."....even though I am on THE DON'T CALL LIST!

This punk has called me 24 times since the middle of July!
One would think he would give up after being blocked on every call.
His CID has now changed to the true scammer's favorite of the dreaded "V" numbers

Shows as Steven Cozine, his number is blocked on my phone but caller id log still shows when he calls.
He calls 4-5 times a week for the last 5 months. At least is number is blocked, but still annoying. It is simply amazing that he continues to call.

This number is supposed to a land line but because of the VOIP indications, this number is either spoofed or transferred to a VOIP center to annoy us all with crappola phone calls.  Now permanently blocked by those who do it for free.

Spoofed I suspect. I called back and just rings.

Same thing happened today. Voicemail left on my land line from a so-called Stephen Cozine. The voice asked for my actual name. But didn’t leave a message as to why he was calling. Have now blocked the number.

I, too, am in the same position as you. Per FTC's "Do Not Call" website info, the number you see on your Caller ID is not the number the telemarketer is calling from.  Plus they change their number frequently.  Have sick family member and the phone ringing disturbs him, but I have 85% hearing loss so even with hearing aids the ringer is set for "loud". Very frustrating and aggravating.
