- peterIf you are going to be arrested, the police just show up. They certainly do not EMAIL arrest warrants! Report this to the FTC, FBI, Dept of Justice and your state's Attorney General. Do NOT pay a dime to these crooks!
- lady gagaIts a Extortion Scam Operation. Do not pay them a dime! Phone, email or fax is not legal proof.. and they certainly can't do anything against a persons social security card. The red flags are the green dot card - a untraceable way to steal cash from the unsuspecting. If you want to know if its real, go to your city/county/state clerk and give this phony case & docket number. Bet you won't find anything and they will all tell you its a scam operation. Call your state Attorney Generals Office and see if this person even works there, bet he doesn't. They probably won't find any such files on you on either. Bet they will tell you its a scam op also. The State attorney General (google their info up for your state) probably doesn't even show the same number I'm betting. And the State Attorney generals have bigger fish to fry then civil debt matters.
Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

https://800notes.com/forum/ta-9413b3202bc8b6c/ ... net%27s-tactics - CWG40 replies to CeciliaThis is a total deb scam coming out of India. A lot of complaints at other sites. They send e-mails threatening legal action; they send e-mails showing how you must pay the non-existent debt. They threaten jail time and arrest and police and a whole lot of other meaningless junk. They are just trying to scare you into giving them some money. Scam's been around a while.
The calls are annoying, but you can help yourself with a call blocker. Block their calls. Do not talk to them; do not return their calls. The calls and e-mails are not random. They have all your financial information and a lot of personal information. They tend to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community.
Do not send them any money. They will demand untraceable green dot money cards. Don't fall for it! This is an absolute scam.
Fraudulent or Zombie Debt Collectors—Things to Know
If you have received a call stating:
1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6. Authorities are coming to arrest you
7. Anything similar to above,
a. Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
b. Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities
Call blocker is your best bet. These callers tend to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community. Also anyone they think might have had financial difficulties in the past. They have all of your financial information and a lot of personal information. The calls are not random--they are phone predators. Never call them back because if you talk to them they may sense a vulnerability for some reason and then hammer you with repeated calls. The more information and complaints there are, the better the chance of getting these criminals to stop (or at least reduce the frequency). [abstracted from another site]
* File a complaint with the FBI on their Internet Crime webpage http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in
They continue to bother you, tell them you are going to the police to make a complaint of extortion. - sick of it replies to DavidIT'S A SCAM
