I think that you me and Patty all started within the same time period. I bought in Oct but didnt fund my account until Nov 1st. So far I've seen over 40% net on a $15,000 account. This cant be their typical performance. I almost wouldnt believe it if I didnt recieve verification from seperate clearing firms. So far I certainly cant complain .....just hope they can keep it up. The only thing I am confused on at this point is why people on this site keep saying that this is a scam..that it isnt a real investment. I think the best thing to do is to extract my profit and see if I can actually recieve the funds......If so ...then I'll know I have nothing to worry about. I suggest you and Patty do the same thing. So far these returns almost seem too good to be true.

The last post you had was from March 11.  I also received their calls, went through the sales pitch and spoke to their broker this morning.  How did you end up of the year and how did you do in November 11?

I did the CTI thing and was sucked into the Boomer deal. Regardless of how the "system" works, I was also trading thru a brokerage firm in Chicago. Even though it "looked" good, I continued to realize losses or less than stellar results for months! According to my broker - not a CTI guy -- there's this thing called "slippage" + broker commissions so I finally got fed up and got my money back.

That was about a year ago. I'm still pissed and still want my $6,000 back.
I was totally taken. My fault. Never again!

I too checked them out with the brokers before trying their system.  My plan was to start out small, then add one or two contracts each month if the system performed.  Month one was good, so I doubled my investment in month 2. The system didn't generate a trade for about 5 weeks.  The broker said that sometimes happens, so no worry.  Month three produced a few very profitable trades.  Fast forward to the end of year one, and I ended their "measurement period" for their guarantee with about a 40% loss.  I have no regrets about losing money on the investment.  However, what I DO have a problem with is CTI's RENEGING on their GUARANTEE.  

They acknowlege that their system lost me money, even beyond the brokerage fees and "slippage" that they typically exclude in their contract.  But they have yet to refund my money.  It's been months now, and each time they have a different excuse for why they haven't issued the rufund.  Understand what I am saying - they ADMIT that the Victory system didn't perform, and under their guarantee, they owe me a refund.  But instead of paying, they make one excuse after another.  After the fact I found all these claims on the Internet that their whole deal is a scam.  Lot's of complaints with the BBB, who rates them "F".  I may never get my refund, but by the time they finish responding to complaints filed with the FBI, FTC, SEC, FCC, LA County Sheriff's Dept., etc., maybe they will be a bit more forthright in dealing for future clients.

I don't care if they make money for you or not.  CTI are FUCKBAGS!!  They call me at least 4x per week and when I say to not call me they hang up.  If you would like to harass these [***] (they called me tonight like they have been doing for 5 years) like I will be doing, call them at 323-348-4766. Ask for literature and then send in blanks.  Leave messages.  Talk to their brokers. Arnon, you make no sense. People are posting how they are seeing returns every month and you are saying dont use them. You have no experience with a system you are "knocking" which makes me laugh. How can you talk so badly about a system with a 5 year proven track record?

They called me with an aggressive sales pitch and they sounded legitimate.  They charged me $5500 for the license and offered me a one year performance guarantee.   If the system was not profitable for my first year I could get a refund of my license fee.  During the year that I traded their system, there were three occasions that the brokers that they referred me to refused to handle their trading system because they are unregistered.  Each time, I had to pay a wire fee and fill out a lot of forms with a new broker.  I originally invested $2500 in the account linked to their system.  My balance kept dropping as a result of losing trades and I kept hoping things would turn around.  Their results were abysmal in February 2012, and I was notified by my broker that there wasn't sufficient margin in my account to cover  any more trades. My original $2500 was down to $489.50, a loss of more than 80%.  This occurred at about the time of my one year guarantee period, so I wrote to Mark Bishop for a refund.  I just spoke to him and he said that I wasn't qualified for a refund because they showed a gain of over $900 for the period. In their sales pitch they told me that their wouldn't be much slippage on their trades because they limited their system to 500 investors.  Actually, in every single trade, my gain was smaller or my loss was larger than what they posted on their web site.  On some trades that they listed as profitable, I had a $12.50 profit before a $24.00 commission. In their sales pitch they show you how they could theoretically make hundreds of per cent profits, and they said they only had posted one  losing month.  Now six of the last twelve months were negative, even on their posted trade list.  Between the slippage and the commission on those trades, no one could have made money with their system this past year.  Their system is strictly technical and the markets have not been performing in a normal technical pattern, being driven by news events and high frequency trading.  

Do not make the mistake of falling for CTI's sales pitch.  The results that they post are not actually achievable. They are not an honest firm, and it is quite possible that before long no broker firm will be willing to handle their trades.  Any performance guarantee based on unrealistic trading results posting system is worthless.  I will refrain from using the words that I feel would accurately describe the character of Mark Bishop and his cohorts because I feel they might be considered slanderous.

I got a call today from a company called CTI. I told him that I was not an investor and he hung up promptly.
Caller id was CTI number 323-903-5517 9:47 AM, CA time on 4/11/2012

I got a call today from CTI sales person Chris Hallon.  I told him I wanted to get 3rd party verification on the trading account.  He told me no problem!  He then asked me who I wanted to verify it with my broker, or my wife or my tax adviser.  When I told him "my attorney" he laughed and said no one has ever said that to him.  He gave me a number to call when I had my attorney on the line.  310-779-9139 and told me the developer was Bob Bennet.  When I called the number all I got was "Bob Bennet" explaining to call Mark Bishop 323-348-4766 if I had questions about my account.  I Googled CTI Bob Bennet and found this thread.  GREAT INFO here !  the number that called me was 323-348-4730

I finally found a time when I could get together on the phone with Michael Stevens to discuss the CTI offer.  Within 5 minutes of qualifying me on the phone, he said he'd have "a software developer" call me back to discuss the system and do a demo.  The man who called was (I think) Bob Bennett.
We spent a few minutes discussing what they do and how their software works.  While we were having that discussion, I did a search (based on the company and software names they were providing) to find this page.
Mr. Bennett kept talking about "our brokers."  I finally asked him what he meant since he clearly stated that they weren't listed with the FTC (his words).  He started to get angry and defensive.  And this was to a simple question that I asked.  Next I asked him who "his brokers" were licensed by.  I really didn't know.  He really got PISSED!  He started yelling at me.  Took me to a page at http://www.efloortrade.com/ and said "scroll to the bottom of the page."  He wanted to point me to the NFA Logo on the bottom of the page.  I clearly said thank you ... as I didn't know who was licensing those brokers.  By that time, I think he was really seeing red.  
For all of his smooth talking in the beginning, he really lost his cool quickly.  I guess he'd been having a tough morning.  
Anyway - in the middle of his angry red-faced rant, I simply hung up on him.  
His associate called me back in a few minutes and asked what I thought.
I just told him that they weren't the folks for me.
Thanks to everyone who posted background information on the companies, the tactics, and the results to this page.  I am glad I took a moment to research CTI and the other company names before investing too much time (or ANY money)!!

Well I got an air horn and I can and do use it regularly on unsolicited callers. I don't care if they listen so long as they hear it, lol. I'd love for the police to show up and make a big deal about my using a horn as it would be a PR fiasco for the scammers since so many people would wonder why there's time and resources to come get a regular citizen fed up with telescammer harassment but none to stop the scammers from calling in the first place.
