Robo call from "Tax busters" or something like that. Want to help if you have unpaid tax debt.  Block.

Called my cell, I did not answer, they left no message.
Per the comments on this page, looks like another spammer (I get a few a week).
Blocking on my phone.

Note: literally only a minute before, I got another spam call, this time from 515-348-4026 (so are these folks linked?)
Go to www.endrobocalls.org and sign the petition.  It is by the Consumer Reports Magazine folks, and they are pressuring the Feds and phone companies to end this nonsense.  Spread the word !

T-mobile flagged it as Scam Likely; did not pick up.

Scam! Incoming call from 323-579-3031 did not respond when answered. Return call to 323-579-3031 was answered by answering machine with angry male voice stating "if you got a call from this number it was a scam and they can go to hell. Have a nice day".  Then line disconnects.

I got a call from this number and 323-579-3031 and they said they got my information from public records that I owe back tax....  I asked them to show me how to find back tax public record and they hung up and blocked my number.  The message now says  "  This number is a scam and whoever they are can go to Hell. "  IRS SCam

Did not pickup.  Obviously this is a scammer based on whats been said previously.

That is proof that the number was spoofed they probably used your number as the caller id number the REAL owner of the number called you to warn you that your number is being spoofed. Scam - I got the call from 323 579 3031 did not leave message

Offering to help if I owe back taxes.  "Jason" picked up, and I asked him to take me off his call list and he hung up on me.  I called the number back and it says "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service".
