Church of Scientology has been harassing me for years. Yesterday my husband told them I had died. They continued calling from "out of area" numbers. Then yesterday a guy called my X husband claiming to be an "old friend" and he had heard that I'd died. He wanted my phone number. My X told him that he would get back to him. The number he gave was 323-953-3340 and said his name was Jonathan Ellie. When I tried to call today I got no answer, but I'm sure they made note of my number.

These people are RUTHLESS!!!

Just like the call above Scientology calls looking for my Dad who actually IS dead for 11 years now.  And he never actually lived here at my house but my parents mail was forwarded here when I started paying their bills.  How they got my phone I'll never know but they are relentless automatons!!  I've talked to them and now just refuse to answer when they call.  I wish they'd take a long walk off a short pier.

Just an an FYI - Scientology is definitely NOT a non-profit!!!

They call me almost every day. 3-5 times back-to-back. They've even stooped so low to texting me. Asking for a 'Scott', not my name. I've told them it's the wrong number and they won't give up. Even threatening to seek legal council hasn't helped. May be forced to change numbers because of these losers.

My wife is getting calls from these butt holes as well. They called her parents and acted like "LIsa" was a friend from High School. She gave out my wifes number and now the calls won't stop.

Use your iPhone or other smart phone to block their number and any other number that is suspicious and unfamiliar to you where they call and don't leave a message or are fishing for info

Tired of these calls?  Here's my plan to "give back".  All you need is a computer with a fax modem.  USB fax modems are available from Amazon for less than $20.  Then let your computer return some of these calls.

Simply create a document in a word processor and then print it to your fax queue.  You will be asked what number the fax modem should call.   Make the document at least 20 pages long.  You can generate an empty 20 page document by simply adding 19 page breaks.  If you have a message you would like to send, insert it between the page breaks.  This document will work for any phone number but your message will only be seen if you send it to another fax machine.  The sci-freak headquarter's fax number is 1-323-960-3508.  You will probably want to send several copies of your document.

But don't stop there.  You can also send this fax to a non-fax phone number.  Queue up a lot of copies of your document to the other numbers listed below.  Your fax modem will just keep dialing the numbers over and over and over.  Sound familiar?

I recently bought a new phone and I have been getting calls from 3239533340. I traced it to the church as well from Olvera Street in Los Angeles.

Been getting non stop "out of area" calls for weeks on an unlisted new number. Today this number shows up as "church of science", Actually CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY. This is a new number! I've changed it a dozen times because of them! I took a "personality test" in 1976 while visiting a navy buddy in Cal. Just teenagers we were. They have stalked me for almost half a century. Wicked money grubbing scammers. Poor ignorant worker bees keep the lie going. Stop the money campaigns! I loathe this con game.

Technically, the Kool-aid reference refers to the Peoples Temple, not the Church of Scientology. And it was lime Flavor-aid, not Kool-aid

This number called my cell.  They have a ton of 323 numbers they use.  Wonder what they want...us to join their Church (and I use that term lightly)?  These people don't even pretend to spoof a number.  The calls mostly come from California, altho, some come from Clearwater, FL.  If they want me to convert, they're wasting their time.  Another number to block...

I have so far blocked well over 55 different numbers that this cult uses.  They have been hunting me down for 30 years and will not stop.  The above is factual and not an exaggeration. They also relentlessly send me mail.  I never leave a forwarding address, so they obviously pay to hunt people down.  if you are approached by these creeps, RUN!!!!!

And, it's amazing the ignorance of people on Scientology; it's ironic what those at the head of the organization have done; however the majority of people there, and the majority of inactive members outside the org will tell you, it's the few in charge that are the business and corrupt end of Scientology, not the people.  We don't judge all the people of a nation by its ruling body; this is similar; until this is remedied, I would only recommend someone curious to study the material; but, do not get involved.  Yes, I am one of those inactive members; I'm telling you it's a bad time to join, but as intended originally, the material is available without joining, if one wants the truth.  By material I mean LRH's books, not the pamphlets, nor the sales information, nor the hype.  I could go on; but, watch the TV series by Leah Remini, you'll see she has nothing against all but a several of the top level people, but not the real 'original' intent of the org nor the rest of the people.  "Absolute power corrupts absolutely", and no one's drinking the "Kool-aid".
