Received two ROBO calls from this number with no name showing on my caller ID.  Foreign sounding callers using the same script, said they were calling from the Medicare supplement department. When I asked what company, one said Senior Healthcare Benefits.  I also received a similar call from a spoofed number asking if a salesperson could call.  Evidently a company using a foreign call center to bypass the Do Not Call regs.
