Keeps calling but doesn't leave voicemail. Called 3x before noon.

Constant phone calls and messages saying my name.  After months when i called to tell them to stop they answered "hi Matt"

Span. They don't know they have voicemail and you can hear the call center in the background.

Most likely, the operator that the call (to your phone) was transferred to had left their station and also left their headset on.
You do not really list anything here to show that the call was a "Span".
