Sends spam text messages to my cell phone. Most recent "You Muust have a nice personality". Always has spelling mistakes/sounds like a child or teen sending text messages.

Do anyone know how to stop these texts? I am getting random texts stating "I am reeady for anything this weekend". I want to know how my number was selected so I can avoid it in the future. I called the number from a different phone & it just ring. Then a text came to that number stating: "Hey I don't no if you'd get back to me quickly, it's Remy You're amazingg!" (bad spelling & all)

Never, ever reply to a text message like that.  It confirms your number and shows that there is someone on the other end reading them. It is just like spam e mail.  They send out thousands of texts, they don't "pick out numbers".  They don't care who gets the text, all they want is a response so that they can send you a link to a virus and steal whatever is on your phone.

Unwanted Text Messages

Forward unwanted text messages to 7726 so that your carrier will block them. Also, never, ever click on a link as it will probably install something nasty to your phone that you really will not want to deal with.
