Callback number left on voice mail regarding “payments.”

Caller claims to be from Social Security.  Said suspension of my SS number due to fraud.  Definitely a spam call

Just got the same call claiming to be from Social Security Administration. SPAM!!!

Just got a call claiming they were social security administration calling about fruad-spam!

They seemed to rush me telling me to call as soon as possible to inquire about some “fraudulent activity on my social security number”. Absolutely spam. Block them just to be safe.

Just got a called saying fraudulent activity with my social security number in the state of NY. This is obviously spam.

Fraudulent activity on my social security. Voice was choppy and could detect some sort of accent. Definitely a scam.

Obvious scam call about Social Security fraud in the state New York. Recorded voice sounded like it was affected by helium.

Yup - same they found fraudulent activity on my SS# in NY and to call the SS department on 9/11.

"Fraudulent activity" using my SSN implies that it's a crime against ME. I ain't calling anybody until they they figure out who committed this crime! They'll have to send some law enforcement out here to see me about it if there's some crime involved.

They called and picked it up. Automated system tells me they are from SSA. Unless I call there is fraudulent activity and they will take legal action??!

Obvious scam.   This number seems to be related to  332-206-3624 & 914-339-9516.  All recordings saying the call is from SSA.... fraudulent activity... state of New York.... blah, blah.   Just hang up.

I got the same thing today.  Should we report this to the authorities?  Posing as a federal authority is a felony.

Just got this call, they left a voicemail that got cut off but this is what was recorded “ “...On your identity and you are required to contact us as soon as possible our callback number is 332-206-0908 I repeat it's 332-206-0908 ignorance of this message will be considered intentional attempt of nonappearance...”

Just got this call.  Same process.  Showed up as unidentified caller and left a voice mail that sounded urgent and warned that ignorance of the message would be considered intentional attempt of nonappearance.  Called back and caller requested that it pertained to fraud with my social and asked for my last 4 digits.  When I said I was not comfortable and needed verification of this agency, the caller said I should just hang up, which I did.

I just received the same call. Best advise - never return the call!

same calls, twice today from "SSA"...doesnt even sound official, rushed with an aggressive undertone, for sure a scamm! blocked both numbers
