Caller does not leave a company name but rather goes for the "Hey this is so and so (like a lost friend?)"  

Calls 2-3 times on a daily basis, hanging up and redialing immediately after until leaving the "friendly" message mentioned above.  

Calls both home and office numbers each time.

I spoke to this caller and he is the sweetest bill collector in the world. It's true that I had a debt to pay and was unable to pay it, but he offerred me a discount and was able to pay off the bill and have it removed from my credit report. Every bill collector should be like him. He is a great listener and is willing to set you up on payment arrangments if need be.

This man has called one of our employees several times even after I asked him not to.  He screams the "F" word saying she needs to pay. She has tried to make payment arrangements and he will not accept them.  He said she needed to pay in full ASAP.  I called him back at the number off of the caller ID so I could get the name of the business and he told me that he is reporting me for harassment.  I am filing my complaint with the FTC.

His name is Carlos and he does sound like the sweetest bill collector in the world. But if you honestly don't have the money to pay he will start threatening to take legal action and wont listen to any thing you say.He will also try and tell you that you owe one amount and after you start paying on it he still says you owe that amount. Also he will call and Harass your employer non stop.

I spoke to Carlos regarding an account I had with an apartment. Honestly, at first I told him that I would never pay the bill cause the manager kept my $500 deposit. But then, after Carlos explained to me the charges, I calmed myself down and realized that i indeed owed the bill. He placed me on a payment plan that was comfortable for me to pay and I have to say that Carlos was very professional throughout the call. I looked up the company's website and it is legit and plan on continuing making my payments. C'MON PEOPLE, IF YOU OWE THE BILL, THEN PAY IT!  I was fortunate to get a discount on the balance, thanks Carlos.
