I got the very exact same message…. Paused before he said his name and said he sure I’m not aware of what’s about to happen….. Not calling him back. I have no debt and in filled foot v bankrupty over 2 years ago. I know he lying. Not calling him back.

I received the same call verbatim as described by other posters.  My name was never used, and there were unusual pauses in the recording.  It stated that I was "very unaware" about what was about to happen to me.  Selected words were used to instill worry and panic.  I have no intentions of returning the call and will file complaints.

left voicemail stating they were trying to get in contact with me or my legal team regarding something i have been directly named in and need to call back today

This person called from a Akron, Ohio number with the exact same message that he has been using since 2024. Very vague and pseudo legal language.
