I received a call from this number but they did not leave a message.

They called me and then called my ex boyfriend trying to say something about a rental property? She said her name was Veronica?

This person has been calling my number for over 2 weeks and using various numbers. Each time the call gets blocked by my cell carrier & sent to voice-mail where this gruff tobacco voice female leaves a message demanding a call back. Yet she never once states who she is or what she wants. Each call, though, she states she has an IRM. Is that some type of weapon or threat? She clearly has my cell # confused as some others #, but I know matter of factly that she doesn't want me bc my # is private. She's transposed #s or is on a fishing expedition. My carrier auto blocks her calls always alerting the calls are a scammer. I'm getting sick of these calls. Suddenly these calls begin and I'm suddenly receiving as much spam mail AND my bank account was hacked. Related? IDK but I'm not going to take this anymore.

When they call you indicate them violating your consumer rights they are starting to violate people rights by disclosing personal information prior to even known and indicating who they are the callers are very disrespectful and very unprofessional. I will be reporting them to the cfpb , bbb I suggest you all do the same .
