Got the same message. Looks like NY number. Have no idea how they got my number.

Just go the same unsolicited text.  Looked it up on another website, comes up as BROADWING COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - NY

I think that it is some kind of work at home scam.

Its a NY number because the thug who harasses folks lives in NYC. Eitan Kimelman is your scammer. He uses the law office of peretz bronstein in the Bronx. He is not a lawyer nor is he a paralegal as falsely claimed on the internet. He is a thief plain and simple and his brothers Yaron Kimmelman of Illinois and Abraham KImelman of Brookline, MA do the same scams under the umbrella of his telecommunications companies known as Dollar Phones out of Dallas Tx., Broadwing Communications, Level 3 Communications, CallerID4U, Teleport Communications out of Chicago, etc. Etc.
