It's Portfolio Recovery? Wow! I just recently won a settlement in a lawsuit against them! I guess we'll have another go at it then!

A robocall from UN-known that claims to be Portfolio Debt Recovery - a scam as I owe no one as I pay cash for everything - A search shows this number to be from New York, NY. A land line using PAETEC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. - NY. They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.

No message.

This number called my phone several times with no one ever saying anything. The last time it called it was a Asian dialect and I could not understand her. I hung up and blocked the number.

Harassment

I have received multiple calls from this number saying I owe them money, which I do not. Will not leave me alone. Just received another today and I’m sick of it

Has been calling me non stop, I’m a do not call list registry and I do not have any outstanding debts! I think I shall contact a lawyer about this matter and make some money off of it!

Called at 1037 MST, no one there.  As others have mentioned, I also do not have anything "in collections" with anyone, so this is a 100% scam.  Living in a third world country must really suck!

They also call from a random Georgia number, same company different states?! Well that doesn’t raise a red flag at all! Idiots

Portfolio Recovery. Debt collector from a credit card I had from younkers over 10 years ago.

called my cell. left no message. I get calls from portolio all the time. blocked.

How do you report it ?

Scum bottom feeders  don't  matter what  debt collector  it is they are all  bottom feeders block them I did

Just called me at 6:14 PM. no voicemail. I called back and got recordings. I didn’t speak at all and eventually it tried to connect me to a debt collector.
