Received text saying the was an issue with a USPS shipment and to go a web address in the text.

I keep getting texts that there are packages for me. Today's said it was a package from Amazon Prime. Anyone else getting these kinds of texts?

Unless you are expecting a package to be delivered and you have signed up for text updates from delivery services like FedEx, UPS and the USPS, you can be certain that this is a scam.  They are trying to get you to respond so that they can phish personal/financial information from you and possibly get your to give them money for "fees" related to the "package".  Do not call or text them back and definitely do not click on any link in the message.
Forward unwanted spam/scam texts to 7726 (SPAM) and let your phone service provider deal with them. That number was set up by the phone companies to combat spam texts and they can shutdown offending phone numbers.
Never reply with "STOP", scammers will not honor the request (they have no honor to begin with) and it only verifies that they have texted to a valid number and a person who reads their texts.  It will not STOP the texts and may actually make them more frequent.
