This is IRS scammer asking immediate payment or send police to arrest you

IRS scam - tax ivasion called asking for payment

I received call from this number. Person left voice message stating that she is federal agent and that my name and SSN are being investigated. It was a long voice message but I could not understand most of it. The "agent" had very heavy Indian accent. The message was very aggressive. I was advised to call immediately or else....

There are numerous telephone and email scams in which individuals claim to be employees of the Treasury Department. These scammers often state that they are from the “Department of Legal Affairs,” offer grant money in exchange for you wiring a small payment, or threaten to arrest you within a short period of time unless payment is made. Do not provide personal information or payment to these individuals.  Their actions are crimes under Titles 18 and 31 of the United States Code, and the Treasury Office of Inspector General is working to stop them.

If they claim to be from Treasury, report  it to OIGCounsel@oig.treas.gov with a description.  If it was a phone contact, include:
the exact date and time that you received the call(s)
the phone number of the caller
the geographic location and time zone where you received the call
a description of the communication.

If they claim to be from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or it is about taxes, report it to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at:

I received call from this number from Spain which I missed at 230pm CT on 8/4. Left a voice message (New York, NY) with foreign accent stating "My name is Susan and I am calling from Federal Investigation department. The reason of my call is to inform you about a legal case which has been filed against your name, your social and physical address on the federal investigation. so I want you to give me a call on the department call back number which is 347-441-5119, I repeat 347-441-5119. Now if I do not receive any call back from your end then ...I have to follow up with your case to the court house and proceed in legal ... but before we do give us a call back. Once again this is Susan from Federal investigation department." So I called the number back on 8/5 from a different phone, a lady picked up on the other end said "Federal Investigation department". I said "I am calling back" without giving my name or phone number they called on. She started searching for the phone number I called back on and asking "are you calling from the the number we called at? Was it today?". So I said is that how you scam by phone numbers? then she said "have a good day" and hung up the call.

I received call from this number , caller ID name is LIza Macow which I missed at 12:26pm CA time on 8/5. A man with an African / Indian accent left a voice message stating "This message is intended for Miss *** this is Investigating Officer James Olson calling from the federal investigation department , this call from Federal notification call to notify you about a legal fee that has been filed against your name and your physical address is under federal investigation so I want you to give us a call back and the department call back number that is 347-441-5119 , I repeat that 347-441-5119 . Now the end of the day ,if we do not receive any call back from you then we will force your case filed before the court house will issue a warrant under your name in order to get you arrested ... but before we do that please give us a call back. This is investigating officer James Olson with the Investigation Department ,thank you and have a good day.

Claiming calling from legal investigation office saying there is legal claim against me.

Left a message because I didn't pick up the phone. The lady with a heavy Indian accent left a message saying I'm being under investigation for federal and state case. My address and my SSN are under investigayoon. I need to call 347-441-6931 back. And I couldn't understand the rest of the message.
Now looking back my caller ID. I received a call about 3 hours earlier from the same number, asking me if I'm xxx. I said no. He asked me right away, are you xxx (another name). I said no and I hung up.

Same indian MF calling and pretending he is from federal investigation bureau. Very heavy Dell customer support accent.
