I also got several call being harrassed, i am fighting back, I have contacted the FL Atty General and others. first time he was victor Marshall licensed attorey number coming up is 212056709--call recieved at my come from Andrew Thomas 347-468-9409...I am making all my calls and emails this is a nightmare!!

These people are harrassing me.  I have told them not to call my phone again or it is a violation of my rights.  They are trying to say that I used someone elses social when the loan wasn't for me it was for my boyfriend...he just used all my info cause he doesn't have anything.  So they are saying that I used his social.  Oh well I will def. Fight them.  Also, you can send them in writing a seize and desist and they can not call your phone anymore or bother you.  I want to stop them from calling me all together.

They say they are from Spiker and Associates. Representing a pay day loan company. I called the 2 pay day loan companies i use and they both said no. This company does NOT represent them. Report to your local fraud unit of your police department. as you can notice from this stream they will get online and tell you not to disregard its extremely important but its NOT. The FBI is following these people which are all east Indian. if they were reputable they would provide everything in writing.

These people called my job over 350 times back to back from about 6 different numbers. They are calling my cell now. It is harrassment. I have filed a complaint with the government. And they are still calling. Threating that I will go to jail, they will have the police come to my job(no police have come yet). I am sick of it.

Contact your cell provider.  They can probably block the number.  Or put it in your contacts list and asssign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will stop the interruptions.

I am getting phone calls from 347-468-9409- the guy says his name is Anthony and that he claims represents  usacashadvance. He basically tells me that I owe them money for a long time. Another number they use is: 206-62-9332

He does not want to give me anything in writing until I pay them $. Then he cannot provide me with the name of his boss...then he tells me he will report me to FBI and my case is already in court. He cannot give me any paperwork to prove what he is saying, "Anthony" is trying to scare me that I should really pay back what I owe, or I will have legal trouble. Again, I asked him to provide me anything in writing and he refuses...
The scary thing is that he has a lot of my info on his file

I went to a police dept and filed a police report and gave the officer all the information. TO WHOEVER GETS THE SAME PHONE CALLS--- please report this to the police dept.

I get the same problems... 347-468-9552. So called WPI Group. Saying they have a case file against me or something from someone and trying to get the money from my account...etc... they need to be stopped

this number keeps calling my phone. I have asked them to stop calling. My husband has had to take  the phone and literally curse this guy out. How can they be stopped?
