This obnoxious real estate broker and his entire team have been harassing me with endless phone calls for years trying to get me to sell my home.  If he's such a great realtor, he can sell what he's already got listed and not be a predatory jerk harassing people into selling their homes. I am reporting him right now the corporate office of ReMax and to my state Board of Realtors for harassment. Also having my attorney send him an official cease and desist all contact letter.

I am getting the same harrassing calls from this guy. Remax Realty is a horrible corporation and their agents and brokers like this guy Billy operate very unethically/illegally. In case the prior commenter sees this, FYI it is illegal in NY for any licensed realtor to cold call anyone. How do I know? I work in real estate in NY. Compliant realtors know this and risk heavy penalties if they make even just one cold call. Report the call to your phone carrier and take a pic/screenshot of the Caller ID to retain as evidence of the illegal contact. You can file a formal complaint with your county's Board of Realtors and be nicely compensated for each and every call. They need to be held accountable for acting illegally with their harassment so be sure to report them promptly.
