347-817-1448

This Call came in at 1:43 pm on 04-07-16. Said it was the IRS and they filing a lawsuit against me. I have been in the same hose with the same phone numbers for more than 17 years. If  the IRS was looking for me they would have found me. I am pretty sure this is some kind of scam. The number was actually 1347-817-1448 out of New York

Same thing, n st called me and told me the IRS was sewing me in criminal court, told me the cops would be at my door in 20-25 minutes.

they keep calling (3-4) times now.

got some scam call from 347-817-1448 do not believe them or be alarmed.  it is a scam.  just hang up.

Had the same call as above from 347 ...Waited and decided to call them back.... played the game then told them I have not filed for some years an why are they repeating their call, had the same one as before, was told to get an attorney and I would receive court papers is one week.....I had a great day!

They just left a message saying that they started an action against me and it was extremely urgent that i call them immediately

Call on 4-12-16 11:00 IRS is filling suit against me.  Scammers!!  Sounded like a crappy recorded message

This number called me and the man could hardly speak English and he said it was the irs filing a lawsuit against me but they didn't even know my name,  they asked for my name and info, very weird. And when I said I'm not giving anymore info until I know you're really the irs because this sounds like a scam. When he heard the word scam he hung up on me right away lol! Just ignore this number its a definite scam.

Just received an automated message from a 347 area code. It said it was the IRS and that I needed to call this number asap because the IRS was suing me. NOT. It sounds ugly when they deliver their message. Thanks for getting the info out.

This is the IRS. You owe back taxes since 2010 - 2014.  We did an audit Dec. 2015You need to pay $5,742... We will send someone to your house. You will be arrested.  You have 2 options. Pay the balance due immediately to the NY address or go to court in Washington, DC. He asked ...what do you want to do?  I said I will call my tax consultant

Got the same call several times. I spoke to two people today

I just received a call today 4/12/2016 from this number saying that I am being sued by the IRS.  They left this message in a voicemail.  I assume this is a scam!  I'm not calling them back ... unless I want to have a good laugh!
