I got a call from this number, claiming to be Microsoft.  They said my computer wasn't downloading updates and they needed my password to access the computer.  I immediately hung up.  ****SCAM****

This number just called my phone and I kept saying hello then they just hung up.

Supposedly Microsoft.  Accent was so thick and English was so poor they were nearly impossible to understand.  Same scam as above.  Wanted a password.

Same call, from New York. Claiming to be Microsoft. Wanted me to connect me to his Senior Technician to tell me about a problem.  Computer is brand new out of box.  No virus or warnings here.  Total Scam.

I don't even own a Microsoft computer but I played with him on speaker phone was fun. But yes completely a scan

i've gotton calls from so called microsoft before this time I didn't answer.  Last  time  she tried to tell me I downloaded something with a virus and they needed to clean it up. When I told her she was full of it and that Microsoft doesnt call and  that they were just scammers she got real mad and we did some yelling back and forth,  she tried to tell me that she would have to delete my windows.   I said BS,  I don't usually cuss but she made me mad since the last time they called me and made me think they were from Dell who does call and cleans up my computer, ect. they tried to tell me I had all these people who had hacked my computer and then trys to tell me I have to pay so much to get it all off of my computer. I played along for awhile and then called Dell and he checked my computer to make sure they hadn't done anything and it was clean,  no virus or hackers coming up.  I told Dell I wouldn't of listened to them but they made me believe they were from Dell.    I know Microsoft doesn't call for one thing so this time I let them have it full force.  It says New York but it's most likely calling from another country.

Same Microsoft scam as the others.  Said they were calling on behalf of Microsoft.  Wanted to connect remotely to my computer to fix all the errors it was sending to their server.

Had several calls from this number, they don't leave a message.  I have answered one time and it was someone saying I had a problem with my computer.  I told him I didn't and hung up.  I am going to block the number.

Now I know their scam, I wish they would call back since my ex does work for Microsoft this could be fun.  Heehee! (Evil laugh and smirk)  lol

I got the same call but they did not ask for a passcode. I do have a passcode on my computer though.

Same as all above. I happened to be at a women's retreat and we messed with him so bad! We asked what he was having for lunch, I'm a stripper (which I'm not), yada yada yada. . So much fun!

Calls from 347-897-1207, 702-786-4873, 213-217-9999 claiming to be Microsoft.

Claimed to be Microsoft. Told man on phone I didn't own a Microsoft computer and would be reporting this number. The line went to static then hung up.

After a pause a heavily accented man said he was Sam from Microsoft Windows tech dept.  I immediately laughed, said a few words and hung up.
