This is definitely a SCAM!

Called my place of business and tied up our CS and Sales people with this stupid [***].

Caller Id shows a missed call from this number but no call was missed because these scammers push their voicemail message directly to the phones and always from a different, probably spoofed, number. However they do always want a call back to 562-365-3738 which just happens to answer with a generic and automated system that obviously avoids indicating a company name because "Frank" and "Leonard Skinner" are some sort of scammers though it seems so absurd it's hard to imagine it works. The messages try to sound like they are from someone who has spoken to you before but after hearing them a few times it is clear they are always identical. No financial institution would omit saying their own name even if they had a previous relationship with a client. Finally the attempt at a hook being a line of credit expiring tomorrow immediately rules out most potential victims as the information is far too specific.
