Called this Saturday morning around 9:00 am Pacific time.  IRS-is-filing-a-lawsuit scam call, but not the automated voice.  Caller sounded like they were doing the call live but it was probably pre-recorded as they started the message before my outgoing message had finished playing (I have a machine, not VM).

This is a scam call, please do not call back or answer this number or fall for the dire warning.  The IRS will never call you and they certainly won't wish you good luck if you don't call back.  Caller ID said "New York          NY".

Too bad you couldn't ask them why they called on a WEEKEND when try are supposed to be CLOSED. :)

I got the same message and this is a 2nd message in a week. First call was from. 408- number and now this

Gotten multiple calls from them, googled it as a scam

I just got that  call from that number.  Several others in my area have also got called the past couple days.  Son deleted it. But I have number....these criminals need stopped but how?

Called me on my cell and in a very threatening way said that IRS-is-filing-a-lawsuit. I know it is a scam because the IRS does not operate that way.

Very threatening call. Says (with an Indian accent) with IRS and good luck if I don't call back. Caller ID said "Unassigned". Didn't answer and of course I'm on no call list. Dispicable!

I called back telling them I know it's not the IRS and he answered with an attitude saying "okay we'll see about it in a few hours when we show up on your doorstep." I told him that I would call the police, and he continued with an attitude. Surely not the IRS. Dont give them any information

Same call as above.  I have received several in the last couple of months...Scam.

IRS scam. Told me to call back. iRS does not call and sends letters first. No one in household owes IRS anything: deceased.

A message from Charles Harris supposedly with the Tax & Fraud Unit.  Charges pending against me. Do not ignore this message.

I received this phone call twice in 2 days. I have reported it to the IRS impersonation page. Do NOT give information to these people. It IS a scam.

Okay the same guy called.  Charles Harris and Demon Marshal....
