Automated call about reducing your credit card debt. I have received the same call from other numbers.

Answered....heard nothing.

I am on the Do Not Call Registry yet still have to block 5 to 6  DAMN IDIOT SCAMNERS per day. Don't bother with the DNCR. waste of time.

The DNCR has now become useless. The reason: They are using that list to make calls. I believe that the FTC is aware of this but until the phone companies crack down there is almost nothing that you can do. I say almost. You must stop answering your phone if you do not recognize the number. Every time you answer the phone they know its a good number! That only insures that you will get more calls.

Survey Spam.

Unfortunately they call my cell phone -  so my VM answers the phone   -  how do you prevent that?

Thanks for the advice. These scam phone calls are happening several times a day daily!  I've had to blocked closed to 30 numbers in the past few months.

Download an app called YouMail.  It replaces your cell phone voicemail and allows you to block calls and texts.  You can even block entire area codes, like unwanted those 900 calls.
