Just received a call from Virginia at PSR. She said they had a delivery agent to my house today and was unsuccessful to sign documents. Someone has been home all day, so this is a lie. She had a script she followed: Hello, this is Virginia calling from PSR. We've had a delivery person agent out there to the property address on file. He was unsuccessful in getting someone to sign the documents today. Please contact the issuing agents office at 501-585-5666 and use your phone number as a reference number through their automated system. Again that number is 501-585-5666."

That number has been listed by several people on 800 notes.

This is a scam call! First legit collector that has filed papers WILL NOT call you. They will have county court papers delivered to you in the mail. Second, legit collectors already have all of your info on file. They must send you information on the debt via regular mail--this is the law.

I got the same call but through my husbands phone number with my info!!  Crazy ppl!!
