    Nothing suspicious here, you are just not interpreting things correctly.  The area code information at the top of each page only lists a few of the cities within the area code.  To know where in the area code this number serves, you have to look at the exchange part of the number (in this case 385).  There are a number of sites where you can look up this information and when you do you will find that phone numbers of 352-385-#### are landline numbers in Mount Dora, FL.

    Now, whether or not the call actually came from CVS or it was some scammer spoofing this number so they could pose as CVS is a different matter.
