Wanted to talk to someone in accounts payable. We have no accounts payable.

Same as above, except we have an Accounts Payable Dept.

Asked for one of the owners. He isn't in. She will call back. Whatevs. Unless she tells me who she is and why she is calling, she will never get through.

Three calls right in a row, starting out with a woman asking "Can you hear me?" I answered "Yes" but didn't seem to have any effect. Then she asked it again, then followed my response with a "Let me check my phone." She seemed to go somewhere and came back again saying "Can you hear me? a third time. Drove me nuts. Finally didn't answer the 3rd call.
