I to have been receiving calls from this number. The person on the other end of the phone who had a very strong accent said his name was Kevin Green and the he was calling from "the lawyer's office." He also said that there was a lawsuit against me but could not give me any other details. This is a scam for sure!

They keep calling me and they are so rude . Is this a scam

Got call after call after call from strong accent man named Steven Mcdonald - telling me to call ASAP regarding a legal matter.......................................HE IS A DICK  he says he is from Cathy and Gordan Law firm

My message was that his name was Jordan Miller from Kathy & Gordon Legal Associates, He is extremely rude.  I don't believe him.  This has SCAM written all over it.

Me too I got this call said his name was Frank Lewis and was a pralegal  with thiskathy and gordon Lawfirm

i just received a call from this same guy, i told i couldnt understand him he transfers me to someone else who state this is the kathy and gordon law firm and there is a law suit against me for receiving a payday loan and not paying it back from American loan, when i told then i nerve had a loan with this place the lady then says then you wait to go to jail and hangs up.. SHOCKED REALLY, YES THIS IS A SCAM IF IT WAS A REAL LAW FIRM IS THIS THE WAY YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS

This guy called my work phone and said I was going to be arrested for not paying bak a loan. I've never had a loan. He was very rude when I called back and said I called the courthouse and state police. He told me to never call back again his name was also Steven McDonald.

This number has called my job twice with a thick accent saying he would call the police. It's really disturbing that they keep calling my work phone. I wonder what I can do to end this! I don't want to be reprimanded for this crap!

Received the same call but they transferred me to an Officer named Steven Torres with a bad accent.  They said that they had an affidavit for money owed and an arrest so I told him I was going to call the Local police and give them his name and phone number.  He hung up on me!!!

I just received a call at work from this man with a strong accent, he said his name was Jordan Miller! I told him "I'm at work and cannot take this sort of call here". You're right, he is very rude and does not take no for an answer. Boy! The nerve of these people.

It's been almost a week since we last spoke. He's a moron if he thinks I buy into his scam. If he was collecting a legitimate debt there would be the normal disclaimer that he was from a debt collector yada yada yada.

I got I call today .. They said it's from law firm, i got this calls  before so I said my husband is a lawyer he will give u a call n take care of this matter .. He hang up , then he call back n said what kind of attorney I said criminal n he hang up .. this is a huge SCAM !! DONT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR GIVE UR PERSONAL INFO!!  

I just recieved a call from this number on my work phone. The person on the other line had a thick accent and like other posts, said he was calling from a lawyers office and that there was a lawsuit filed against my SSN (not even sure how that is possible). He was requesting my attorney information. I asked a few questions and he kept takling in circles so I just hung up.  SCAM!!!!

Got a lot of the same, bad english, Jason Corner or something, guy and a girl.  They called my work today and left a message there, as well as on my phone.  Called them back after work and talked to the girl, the guy left the messages.  She weighed a pretty heavy list of Federal offenses for not paying back an american loan or something.  Asked for all the information to be sent to me in the mail.  Said after the supenia (sp?) was filled and the police arrested me from my work.  I asked for all of her information and she backpedaled and spoke to me like I was crazy.  Her accent got quiet a bit better during all of this.  She told me I needed a doctor a number of times before she finally hung up.  After she wouldn't give me any information I tried to keep her on the line as long as I could.  

This really bothers me that the know where I work and are willing to call there and leave a message like that, how embarrassing.  Please watch out, and lets try to work to trap these people.  

The same man has called my work number six times today say I was going to get arrested.  I am going to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Officce.

Got hit by this today figured it was [***] cause i have debt collectors and they all sent me something in the mail about what i owed and for what it was i asked them to send me something they said they couldn't... now im not the sharpest knife in the kitchen but im pretty sure if you ask for documentation they'll gladly send it. So yeah scam. Guy sounded middle eastern indian. Oh and his name was roy jackson :D

some guy with a heavy accent sent me an email in spam 3 times with a arrest warrant for me for a payday loan
yes i did forget to pay it some time ago I didn't respond so a few months later on the third of this month
they called my work and said they are going to arrest me and i will spend 23 months in jail
they said but we may be able to do something it was hard to understand him so he
said he would let me talk to the DA the DA was hard to understand
there was misspelling on the arrest warrant the DA name was Allen Woods

1. Calling a third party is illegal.  I suggest you show this thread to your employer.
2. Threating arrest/jail is illegal.
3. Spelling errors on a warrant!!!  NO WAY!
4. Emails mean nothing.  DEMAND written proof of the debt through the U.S. Postal Service.
5. Hard to understand - probably from/calling from India!!!
6. Want to bet the DA was either the same person or the scammer sitting next to him??
