This number calls me 3 to 4 times a day and I have asked numerous times to be taken off and they are rude and hang up on me eveytime

This number is a credit card processing company, whom I'm assuming got my number when I registered my business. It's a prerecorded number, and I've been receiving at least 1-2 calls a day from them. I'm beyond annoyed, and have now filed a complaint against them with the FCC. I suggest you do the same, if they're doing this to you.

Obviously  a scam caller. Wanted my company data but refused to provide a name. They were scripted.
Hung up when I pressed for info. Scam.  

Don't leave any information. Stay clear of them.

I have received 6 calls from this number in the past 3 days, but missed the call each time.  I called the number back and there is an automated option to be place on their DNC list by pressing 1.  It said it may take 72 hours to take effect. Hopefully that works, we'll see...

Call almost every day - call then hang up

calls me 4-5 times a day. Won't take me off their call list and hangs up on me when I request .

how do you file a complaint with the fcc?

We switched to Comcast.  They sold our number, even though it's been on the National Do Not Call Registry since 3-'08.  Cash Advance has been the worst of all the telemarketers!  They call up to twice a day.  Hitting the "opt-out" number does not work.  The reps hang up on me as soon as I tell them to remove my number.  I filed a complaint today with the registry.

Call back and press 1 to be entered into Do Not Call list.
