Received a call at 8:30 AM.I'm on the Do Not Call List.I didn't answer..they didn't leave a
   message.The phone company must be aware of the harrassment/scam use of their lines.
   They are profitting from it,so not motivated to cut them off.

Utility rate reduction scam with illegal robo call. Have to wait for operator to answer. On DNC but these scumbags keep calling using different caller ids
