called my home..no message left.

Called my cell, made strange sound - like a hum of locomotive on a train station...

Called at 7.36pm EDT, no message, to my work line.

Called my work cell phone.   Did not leave a message.

called left no message...have recieved cruise calls before, as well.

Did not leave a mssge.

called back, pressed 1 to be removed from list

Have been getting these calls on my cell for the past few weeks, don't pick up they never leave a voicemail. Don't know anyone in Washington that would be calling me. Think it may be some automated caller that dials phone numbers incrementally. I get less frequent calls from a similar number 360-322-6086, same area and same time frame of calls. People on that number get either dial tone/hang ups or the cruise solicitor, may be the same people with both numbers.
