I receive a call daily from this number on my business cell phone.  No message is left.  I called it back and got a message that I "have reached a non-working number".

I get calls from this number, no message left. When I call it, just busy signal.

I received a robocall from this number on Thursday 5/3/2012 @ approx. 11:45 a.m. EDT.

The number does not always show up on caller ID, however my coworkers and I get this call at random.  

The call starts with the sound of a ship's horn and there is steel drum music accompaning the sales pitch to take the survey.

It is a recorded message stating that if we answer the survey we can receive (win?) 2 tickets for a cruise trip to the Bahamas.  The robocall asks that you push the 1 on the phone keypad to start the survey.

It does not provide any company info or the ability to leave a message to be removed from their call list. If you do not push any keys after the second prompt during the sales pitch it will disconnect.

This number has called our business office line numerous times.  When I answer, there is silence for a few seconds and then the call disconnects.  When I try calling the number back, I either get a busy signal or a message that my call cannot be completed as dialed.

Yep....like Joseph, we received the exact same recorded message on our company line.  I didn't participate...no numbers punched...so guess I won't be winning! LOL
Has anyone participated? Tempted to do so in order to gather information in order to turn them in but also worry this could be a scam....somehow connecting you to an international telephone scam.  Ya'll be careful with these.

Got a call from them around 1pm.  Didn't answer, now glad I didn't.  Couldn't figure out why in the world someone or something from Washington would be calling ME.

This number has called my business phone at least 6 times so far today and it is 2:30pm. I don't answer anymore bc I know it is some type of scam, and now it will only ring 1 time and then it stops bc they hang up. Very annoying and disruptive.

Same here, just called and hung up twice.

Caller never leaves a message and when I call back I get the message your call can not be completed as dialed.

Received the same call at 10:44 eastern time on 05/03/2012.  I called back but got a busy signal.

I literally got a new number on my cell two days ago (when I upgraded to a new cell) due to the spam calls I was getting on my old cell number (which was never public), and this is the first number that called of someone I don't know. Either someone had this number before and is on a list (or more), or it's likely just a caller dialing numbers incrementally. No message, just a missed call and with all the spammers/scammers calling my old cell number, I was curious. Hopefully this won't be as bad as my last cell number.

I have received calls from this number and a similar number 360-322-6083. Don't know anyone in Washington that would be calling me. I haven't picked up at all but they don't leave voicemails.  I rarely give my number out so like Tim thinks it's probably an automated caller dialing numbers incrementally.

it said this number is disconnected now...  not sure why it's calling me then.

this idiot must have an automated dialing system hooked up. I get the call at approx. the same time every other day....whoever you are, whatever your scam , I'll wring your neck someday!
