this is a telemarketer service. if you call the number back they have an automated service and will remove you from their call list

Annoying.  Nowadays, It doesn't pay to have a private number, pay for private services with your local phone carrier or register your number on the DoNotCall.gov list. Pointless. Robot calls and telemarketers, etc. will find you.
Automated service stated: "Please allow 24-72 hours to remove your number from the call list"

We receive at least a dozen calls from this number each day. It says to press 1 to continue for the "survey", but no option to opt out. I've pressed 2 and they continue. Now I press 0 and they hang up. It's very annoying. I am on a busy switchboard and I can't believe how much time it takes me to deal with these calls. How can we get them to stop?

Opens with the sound of a freakin' annoying ship horn, then an automated message talking about two free boarding passes for a cruise with participation in a quick consumer research study. Then it cut off. Weird and, again, freakin' annoying. ID said CNSM RCH

Got a call from (360) 322-6199 Marysville, WA at 9:33 am today and didn't answer. I never answer phone calls that are not familiar to me. It's annoying to get calls even though I am on the do not call registry.

Got one from this number today.  Didn't answer, no message.  Some of the comments here look a lot like comments about 425-406-9035, which I got twice yesterday.  The bits about a fog horn and a free cruise, a caller ID of CONSUMER R  (vs CNSM RCH in another comment here), etc.

This is a business  Stop calling and hanging up. Get 5 to 10 calls a day due to # of lines into office

Telemarketers *ARE* required by FCC rules to tell you their company name but many break the law.

Keep getting a call from (360) 322-6199. When I answered they hung up in my face. And I can't call them back  
because phone has call restriction on it. This is getting on my nerves.

I have two phone lines coming into the office. The (360) 322-6199 keeps calling both lines at different times throughout the day. Truly annoying. Sometimes when I answer the phone, all I receive is a hang up. Other times I hear the fog horn and a male voice state "This is your captain. . .". Finally listened to the entire recording to see if I could speak with a 'live' person but there is no opt out feature.

Hopefully M.R. can put a stop to this...all it would require is for the phone companies to cancel phone service to these spamming maggots, and block the phone service of any foreign carriers who violate the rules.

Just called (360) 322-6199 and received an automated voice (Shocker). The voice stated FCC requires an opt-out feature. She confirms the number (360) 322-6199 and asks for the opt-out number. Once you enter the opt-out number the voice states it may take 24 - 72 hours to remove the phone number from the list. The painful part is the opt-out service doesn't allow for multiple opt-out numbers to be entered; so, you will need to call multiple times to enter multiple opt-out numbers.

This number, 360 322 6199, calls my cell phone every single day. I think I answ.ered a few times before, last year. I always ignore all unnkown numbers now tho. Its super annoying and harrassing. And yes, it was the cruise ship thing. I already opted out of it last year. The calls did stop for awhile. But they're calling again now.

It is a cruise and a timeshare company based out of Florida. People need to contact the Florida Attorney Generals Office, their state Attorney Generals Office, the FTC, FCC.  It is a cheap cruise that they claim is free but it is not. There are 4 class actions lawsuit pending against them. The first call they will not give you any information. You have to wait for a follow up call. They do not want to get caught for breaking the law.

PLEASE REPORT the calls to the FTC, FCC, Attorney Generals Office and others to get this stopped. Sign up for for a class action lawsuit or with several calls you can get a lawyer to represent you. Usually want 5 calls or more.  KEEP RECORDS of when they call you and from what phone number.
