automated call stating some sort of energy savings. Never said the name of the company but to press 1 now to take advantage of the savings. I hung up

Called but left no message.

i guess i was luckier then because i answered but we were dissconected after 2 sec before even the robo starts talking

Telemarketer robo call promising savings on your energy/electric bill. Press 1 to find out about it. I thought robo calls to cell phones were illigal!? or am I living in the past?

Recorded introduction message in violation of California PUC regulations and
Federal Do-Not-Call rules. Call about saving on energy bills and approved for federal assistance.

Been on the Do-Not-Call registry since day one but I experience these robo-calls daily from several different sources. Does no good to block, they just change their number.

Another Robo-Call company with a recorded message.  I'm from California and have been on the do not call list as well.

Press 1 to respond, 3 to be dropped from list, he said. I stayed on the line, pressed nothing, and the caller hung up.

Left a msg of energy saving rates.

multiple to my deceased father's phone number about permanent savings, press 1 etc. Supposedly a law put into effect a couple of days ago making robo/ soliciting calls illegal and up to $1,500 fines? They did not state the company name, this number is on the DO NOT DISTURB list!!!!!!!!!

These telemarketing scumsuckers use IVR numbers, which means the number showing on your phone is not the number
they're using, and it can't be blocked!  It allows them to call us repeatedly and (apparently) bypass the DO NOT CALL List.
Help is on the way, with the new Robodial law just enacted...we'll see how long it takes these amoeba to get around it.

Once AGAIN, another call with a number that I didn't recognize so I didn't answer and the caller left no message.

I found if you keep hitting 0, it keeps repeating itself, and keeps costing them money to stay on the line.  That's kind of fun.

I'm on the do not call list, of course.

Unfortunately, because of the government shutdown, I'm unable to submit a complaint on donotcall.gov.
