called my cell at 10:19 PT on 1/24. left a recorded message about opting out.  send the frickin law after them.

Yeah, they called me too.  I answered, they hung up.  REALLY???

Saw the caller ID  -- googled it, and found this forum.  Glad I did not answer, and I have to wonder if the "opt" out information is just a way of getting your INFORMATION.  Not sure what info they asked for but they could be calling numbers at random, and for those that opt out, they now have a name and what ever other info they ask for.

Received a call from Marysville WA  360 322 6371.  Let it ring and they hung up.  Thanks for 800notes.com I was able to punch in this number right away and saw these helpful comments.  Guess they're making their rounds today!  Beware!  Actually, thought about answering with the music blasting in their ears upon answering! 2  minutes prior to that I got a call and hang up from 803 335 3769.  I know I'm on the Do Not Call list, so why are they still calling!

I received a call from this number on 1/24/13 at 10:46 a.m. pacific time.  I did not answer and no message was left.

I just got the same message about "if you or your loved one has suffered a blod clot...." when I answered my cell phone. How did they get my cell phone number ??? I pressed "9" in response to directive that said my name would be removed from their call list. I probably just verified they reached a working number.  Back to HOW did they get this number???  Are cell phones now targeted by telemarketers? What about the DNC list? Do they get around this because the provision was written for landlines specifically?  No idea who the group is but this is disconcerting.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Same, they called @ 1155am, I didn't answer, and no message.

Strange that I would get a call from them. They called asking if I wanted to donate to lower the expense of Obama's inauguration bill. I laughed and said are you serious?  The guy said no, we are calling to seek donations to lower the cost the public is going to have to pay for it. I asked the guy how much they need to raise to wipe out the debt and he says 30 million.  I said good luck with that and hung up.

Got a call 1115 am today, I did not recognize it so I don't answer. No message left. Seeing these postings, I'll be blocking that number on my reject list now.  I'm not even calling back to see what it was.  If it's serious and someone needs me they would have left a message.

I followed your link, and in fact my number is on the do not call registry list, so I filed a complaint with the info you provided.  I doubt they will do anything about it, but I wish more people would file complaints and this crap will stop.

Desperate lawyers trying to convince people to sue for some money or some scam , no doubt.

Got the same message on my business cell phone which is on the DNC.  Immediately filed a complaint with the FCC online.

Called me too...11:35am Pacific Time....glad googled the number..didnt answer left no message.
