No google results for this # yet, looks like I got to be one of the first calls for a brand new scammer robocaller.

The Caller ID was MERCHRATE.

This number constantly calls.  When we answer the call no one talks and they then hang up.

If you call the 310-251-5420 number from above, they WILL remove you from the call list

I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK!  I and all their other victims are on the DNC list and they violate it to the tune of thousands of complaints.  If they scrubbed their phone lists in the first place, we wouldn't be having this discussion.  So are you a company shill keeping tabs on this site?

And they called again.  Bleeping Bleeper robocalls.

These bleeping robocalling BLEEPERS just called again today.  May flying pigs bless them with large loads of digested food matter.  Capiche?

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry without any prior business relationship (illegal) and has a recorded message played without an operator on the line when the phone is answered (also illegal). They claim that they are going to build a multi-page robust web site and mobile web site and mobile app for you absolutely free, including registering the domain, maintaining and producing all content, and all necessary site maintenance. This is clearly a scam, if you weren't clued in by the automated message and lack of operator when they called...

I took Roger's advice and made the call to the Seattle based company. They asked for the number that is calling and the number that is being called. I was given a reference number that I had filed a complaint and told that my number would be removed from their system.

Let's hope it works! Keeping up with my complaint number!!!!!

Called again. Chalk up more $$ for fines and stuff.  Great going CALLERID4U.  
Caller ID said MERCHRATE.  Robocall that spouse hung up on.

I have called the 310-251-5420 and made a formal complaint. I also gave them my 3 business lines so they could remove me from there robo dialers. They opened a complaint and issued me a case#. Hope this works my husband is highly aggravated and annoyed with this inconvenience.
