Today @ 1:14 PM PDT. Did not answer, no voicemail left.

I answered, as it came in on my cell phone and I couldn't look to see what the number was.
It was a sales call and it would not let me disconnect the call I had to turn off my phone to stop the call.

Got a call today from this #, they did not leave a voicemail.

Today @ 4:20 p.m. PST number showed up as 113603226583. Did not answer; no voicemail left.

Supposedly call originated in Marysville, WA

Got a missed call from this number at 12:20 pm no voicemail

Called the number back and it says disconnected.

Called my work cell number. Sales pitch to reduce my utility rates.

Left message:  want to reduce utility rates; they want to sell solar panels; automated voice that left message.  If you call back, you have option to OPT-OUT of their list.  The company wasn't identified.

A caller from Marysville, WA wanted to lower my utility bills. Told him I wasn't interested. Very persistent. He's probably still talking.
