Since I don't know anybody i Marysville WA, I assume this is the credit card or home alarm scammers

Must be a scam, didn't leave a message.  Reverse look up says it is a landline.

I just received a call from 3603226801 and they did not leave a message on the answering machine.  I called it back and it tells if you do not want to receive calls from this marketing number please press 1.  Your number will be removed from their list within 72 hours.

got a call while ago today did not answer  1st time C.I.D saId:    "  LUCKY 7"   Guess what you jerks are not so LUCKY!!

Scam alert.    Man claims to be calling from Local police and they need you to donate to pay for  "injured officers/ training for officers."     Except the local police do not get the money.
  We were warned on the news by our Police Department.   These people are a scam.   Besides,  I pay painful ammounts of taxes to pay for my police already.
  Do not even think of donating.  They keep all the money.     Block number if possible.

Yesterday I answered the call and it hung up. Today I answered it and it was a computer impersonating a human, asking for donations, if they could send an envelope to me to return with a donation for some kind of Police Fraternal so called charity.

Many of the calls these days asking for donations are from computers impersonating humans. They all sound similar, so I suspect they are programed by the same company. And they are all for ripoff charities BTW as the company deducts generous expenses.

They called today (Saturday) at 12:30. Did not leave a message. Sounds like a scam from all the messages I've read.

I have call forwarding on and most telemarketers hang up when transferred to my cell. Only the persistent stay on the line. This is my 100+ blocked number. PS: Who calls people on the weekends? Nobody legitimate that's who.

I'd leave this number alone entirely, even with an answering machine if possible. Not likely this guy has any good intent, despite claiming to be taking donations for police. I've been amazed at all the absurd donations I've dealt with through the years until I quit taking unknown calls. Good chance this clown's fishing for financial info and to see if your number is live for resale. If you must deal with it, tell them you gave at the office, ask him if he's the police, and ridiculous questions. I'd just ignore it all the way around.

Overall, probably an ill-advised move even taking the call, much less telling them to remove you from their system. While you might never hear from this number again, don't be surprised if you're not slammed with more idiotic calls. They might not get what they're hoping to get, knowing your number is a working number is sweet success for scammers and spammers. IGNORE THE PHONE.
