visual voice mail is doing work in the back ground when you start to call or text or type a text message and then stop. I'm guessing this is the info being sent out

Yes I have experienced the same thing back last year 2020 January too be exact I noticed this number was on my out going calls only a few times a day then a few more times more every week and it just so seemed like they were becoming more and more often and I thought it was strange so I got on my account which just so happened too be a boost mobile family account which had my mother in law and current wife on it also so I looked at both of their call logs and thats when I noticed there was a different but similar number on both of their numbers as being an out going call that really started pushing my mental state too a whole new level but what really got under my skin is the fact that when I pointed it put too my wife she just simply said she didn't know and that she wasn't doing anything behind my back... But yet she wasn't trying too get ahold of boost mobile customer service asking any questions either so I don't know but maybe these two numbers are connected it showed the 360-842-9999 on my out going calls but on hers and her moms it showed 469-982-9999 so maybe just maybe those two together might mean something idk but I called boost mobile and they didn't know anything about those numbers other then they told me that she had too be the one dialing the number or someone dialed it from her call phone anyways long story short I still have no answers as too who or why but I do know that I myself never called the 3608429999 but i have tried the 4699829999 and it wouldn't work on my phone or on a second phone app I downloaded from the play store but it did from a buddy of mines number and I figured out that when it asks for a mail box number if you put in anyone's number it will send a VM to that person and how I know that is bc I put my number in and it sent me a VM almost simultaneously from me hanging up the phone so maybe something too do with both 360-842-9999 and 469-982-9999 I fingured it was my wife and her mom had an app too check my where about so that they knew when someone could come over or when they needed too be gone... Talk about mind boggling.....

Ok so maybe u can help me out? Explain to me what it's on my man's call log everyday see this is why I'm SURE it's some shady [***]... He got arrested last week and I was using his phone! So if it's vm or anything else then it would continue showing EVERYDAY but the days he was in jail guess what? That's right! Not one single call out to the number anyway plz help me understand

    Here is the answer:
    Quote:
Every time someone calls your number, and you are unable to pick up or route the call to Voicemail manually, the call is transferred to the Voicemail System. When that happens, the transfer of the call to the voicemail system shows up as an outbound call to the voicemail system.
This was posted in numerous Boost Community message boards by the Boost Care reps about this number.

Insecurities in personal relationships are the cause of such outlandish speculations of secret apps and spying on someone you supposedly care for, but don't seem to trust.
Nobody here can help with that problem! Perhaps go seek counseling.

Ok but it's not as simple as voicemail it's a voicemail that you can only access through a different account

Ok see that's not even close to the right answer! I see you did lot research and I hate be the one to break u bad news! However! I'm not completely dumb when it comes to tech and phone things only bcuz of the [***]Ā I have studied always trying figure out if I was being played a fool by my old man. So let me tell u why your theory is completely wrong! My old man has been talking to someone else and I know for fact for certain reasons now Because I know him better than myself my gut is never wrong... So few weeks ago some thing told me by his actions I need get on his boost account and see who he's been talking to. SURE AS [***]Ā THIS NUMBER WAS ON THERE FAITHFULLY FOR ABOUT EVERYDAY FOR PAST MONTH. now this is what I want u to know how your theory is incorrect. My old man got arrested last week & I had his phone everyday! I used it etc. There were multiple times on those days where I had to let calls go voicemail or where I was on the line and switched to answer blah blah for about 5 days sir! Now he got out of jail and hole day was acting better with better attitude! But didn't last long so again my gut said go check and see if he is using this # again? So I did! Now if u are right then explain how the hell the # shows up for days at a time for weeks then when he was in jail and I had his phone NOT ONE SINGLE DAY I HAD HIS PHONE DO U SEE THAT # but LIKE I SUSPECTED THE 1ST DAY he was out nope no calls but like I said the day after when his attitude changed again! Guess what is back on his call log everyday multiple times? That's right u guessed it! So I'm sorry but nobody will convince me that it's not a service matter of fact when I dial the number it CLEAR AS DAY TELLS ME IM SORRY BUT THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME! SERVICE so yes it's probably what I've experienced what I've read etc. This is only theory I have not even tried backing but I think it's probably either burner # or Google voice that is why a certain person said when she picked the phone up she heard it telling her husband to hit * for this or hit # to cancel well on Google voice it gives u options to link a number and to hit the exact signs example, # or * to change weather u want to forward calls or Google voice messages to your phone or not so sorry but this is my experience so far

Hey girl, you should check your own phone number to see if that asks for a password, too. I did and it asked for a pin. Idkwtf it is, but it's not the voicemail that comes with the service. It calls my phone number everytime I get a phone call, anywhere from the second after the first phone call, and it
always has the exact duration of the call it followed, which makes me think its calling to record the phone call...what else could it be? I was unaware that a phone call could be joined like that, without the callers being informed, at the very least, but really I didnt know a call could call and automatically join a call already in progress, it's crazy, right? I've never heard of a voicemail that calls you when you get a phone call to take a message for you, but maybe it does? I have no idea how message centers work, but it's not the message number I was given from my phone's service provider. And when I call it from my phone it just hangs up on me, but from my friend's phone,

I hope you all trust your spouses better than what I am reading. Trust is the key to communicating and friendship. I noticed this number when paying my bill, and my husband noticed it too. I did some research with our logs for phone calls, and realized half the time we use FB messenger to talk to each other. Those times match up with our FB call logs. I think it is the application connecting with the Boost mobile services line. We both knew it was not each of us, but we questioned who and how it got on our logs. Like an invitation of privacy. But no, it is us using other applications like FB to call each other. Have a lovely day!
