They called to tell me that I had an outstanding credit card payment that hasn't been paid since 2014 from a credit union that I've never used. So I was like okay this definitely is not real because I've never had a credit card from this company

This is definitely a scam throws up all the red flags they start by asking you to give them your information they say they are attorney's office that you're supposed to be in court someone's filing charges against you all craziness. The scary part of it they had my name and the last four of my social security but they never would tell me what the company did and I tried calling to get information six times and every time I started asking questions of who they are and what they did and what's this in reference to they hung up the phone on me every single time. Do not give these people any information!

The left voice mail stating that all my wages, source of income, assest, prior to the order being completed, I can call David Dorsey (Winter Springs 386-234-2038) to give my side of story.  There was a foreign speaking lady answering the phone when I called back, no business greeting just a hello, had to ask 3 times what company it was and what line of service they dealt with.  Said they were a legal processing company and wanted my infor. I disconnected the line.

called multiple times asking for me by my maiden name from years ago - won't give a straight answer about what the business name is. Hung up when I asked them questions instead of answering their questions.

Said they was checking my wages, and work company, said to call David dorsey 386-234-2038,I hung up

Called me stating about my assets & wanting me to call David Dorsey to explain myself about my assets!,He needs to be locked up,period!!

This number called me and the same things as what you guys are getting. Call this number and report it 8773824357.

Called me by name (using insert here audio) and said my listed wages, source of income and assets are being verified. If I have questions or concerns, press 1 and ask for Brian. Definitely scam.

Got the same voice mail stating that wages, source of income, job and references that were listed on my application, an application that I have no knowledge of, were being verified. Said if I had any questions or concerns or was wondering why I was receiving this message to press 1 and ask to speak to Brian!

Called me and claimed I have been taking out cash loans for the past few years and quit paying on them. I have no clue what they were talking about and they need to find someone who speaks clear English. Actually, they both need to be locked up. They claimed that they were going to garnish my wages! I don't even have wages! I told the woman it wasn't me and asked her to send some kind of proof. She claimed that I would receive court papers and hung up on me.

Said wages and application of referrals are being looked into, I don’t work , and haven’t filed for any application to anything

Left me this message: "Good morning. This is Brian Baker in the legal department. You're receiving this message because you're being listed as an emergency contact for (name). If you have any information that can lead to their whereabouts, please pass this message to them as soon as possible or have an immediate member of the family reach out to my office. Now, the purpose of this message is not intended to scare anyone, but I can say that the matter is urgent and very private. If you have any contact with (name) press one and ask to speak directly to me, Brian Baker or someone in my office." It sounded automated with an (insert name here) function of about like a doctors office.

They called looking for my brother. . . He died 8yrs ago....they claimed I was an emergency contact. Sounded automated

Received a call from this number stating my wages source of income, assets are being verified along with all my references and employment info and all be contacted if I do not call Brian Baker at this number. The grammar was bad as was the sentence structure and threats. Obvious scam call fropm a foreign person.

Yeah I had someone reach out leave a message on an emergency contact phone and but also strangely someone is trying to send me certified mail but my name isn’t even on it

Someone called your "emergency contact phone"?  I have never heard of someone having one of them.  Then you received certified mail at your address with a name on it that isn't your name?
