Calling and ask about a power cut lIne and that I call the police to report it . At 4:15 am. .  No company name

CVS called and left a message concerning a claim I am making against them.  So a valid call from this number folks.

This is a CVS corporate phone number form Woonsocket Rhode Island. Received a call 1:51am and again immediately after. It was the alarm company calling to notify about an unsecured door at a specific store location and to call the company back. I’m a former employee so they must have forgot to remove my name from the contact list.

I received two phones from customer support telling me that I will receive a refund
I not received it. No name was provided

Called twice, ID said CVS Health.  First time was a robot, said there was a problem with my brother's prescription (brother lives with me), wanted us to call back.  I figured I'd go to our local CVS and find out the problem.  Second time was a live person, accent so thick she was almost impossible to understand.  Wanted to talk to my brother.  He's mentally challenged, so I said no.  She wouldn't give me a message.  I told her not to call again, then, and blocked the call.  If this is legit, they need to hire representatives who speak understandable English.  I can understand most people with accents (our minister is Indian and I understand him just fine) but this woman was almost unintelligible.
